Terms of service

By using imSlide, you agree to these terms and theAcceptable use policy. Test environments use simulated payments; production purchases incur real charges. Contact: contact@imslide.site.

Service and accounts

imSlide provides text and voice editing, presentation management and a Vue / Slidev canvas. You must be able to enter into an agreement, provide accurate account details and protect your credentials. See pricing and billing intervals on thepricing page。

Subscriptions and renewal

Creem processes paid transactions as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before renewal. Credit purchases are one-time payments. Applicable taxes appear at checkout. Test subscriptions are used only to verify the workflow.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel at any time through the Creem billing portal or by emailing contact@imslide.site. Cancelling renewal generally retains access until the paid period ends. Immediate cancellation, suspension, expiry or a successful refund adjusts benefits accordingly.

Request a refund within 14 days of payment by contacting support from your registered email with the order ID. Requests are handled under applicable law and Creem's transaction process. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Content and AI output

You retain rights to your own input and authorize us to process it as necessary to provide the service. You must have permission to use submitted content. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate; review it before publishing, sharing or relying on it. Do not use the service to bypass content review.

No resale or abuse

Do not resell service accounts, subscriptions, seats or model access, or share credentials to evade plan limits. Do not use the service illegally, attack it or violate third-party rights. We may restrict features or suspend accounts for violations, with a contact channel for appeals.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, without guarantees that AI output is suitable for a particular purpose or that service will be uninterrupted. We disclaim liability for indirect loss, lost profits or loss from unverified AI content to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Fraud, intentional misconduct and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded are not subject to this limitation.

Changes and contact

We will notify you before material price or terms changes. Price changes do not apply retroactively to paid periods. For questions, cancellations, refunds or appeals, contact contact@imslide.site。
