How credits work
- Free signup credits are granted once. Signing in or creating another organization does not grant them again.
- On your first subscription, remaining signup credits are topped up to the plan allowance, rather than added on top. Later paid cycles grant the full plan allowance.
- Plan credits expire at billing-period end. Purchased credits remain valid for 12 months. Expiring credits are used first.
- Credit purchases do not change your plan. Credits are shared within the current workspace; account data and balances remain separate between regions.
Payments are processed by Creem. Manage renewals in the billing portal; request refunds within 14 days of payment.
