Privacy policy

This policy explains how imSlide processes information when you use the workspace. Contact: contact@imslide.site。

Information we collect

Clerk provides sign-in authentication and processes registration email, identity, account, organization and session information. imSlide stores necessary user and organization mappings, not Clerk passwords. To provide editing, diagnostics and plan benefits, we process submitted presentations, text, voice and usage records including request counts, model tokens and audio duration.

When you choose Google sign-in, Clerk obtains basic profile information through Google OAuth, including name, email and avatar, for authentication, account display and organization membership. imSlide requests only openid, email and profile scopes and processes necessary mappings under this policy.

Payment information

Creem processes payments as Merchant of Record. imSlide does not store card numbers or CVCs. We retain subscription identifiers, plan, status and billing periods. Creem's privacy policy also applies to payment processing.

Purposes and third parties

We process information to provide the service, authenticate users, isolate organization data, synchronize subscriptions and handle support. When you use AI or voice features, necessary inputs are sent to the configured model or speech provider. We do not sell personal information or use third-party cookies for marketing tracking. Sign-in uses essential session cookies.

Data location and retention

The imSlide application, presentations and usage database are currently hosted on a Tencent Cloud server in Virginia, USA. Clerk handles identity and organization information, and Creem handles payments. These services and configured AI or speech providers may process necessary data in their infrastructure regions. Creem test payments are simulated; live payments incur real charges.

We retain data as necessary while your account is active. After account closure, data no longer needed is deleted, except records required for legal obligations, disputes or security, with access restricted. Backup deletion may follow the backup rotation schedule.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may stop submitting content and request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing contact@imslide.site from your registered address. We verify identity and explain any legally required retention. Do not send passwords, card details or API keys.

Policy updates

We will update this page and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Test and production payment data are isolated.
